I rolled over and looked at him. Wondering if I had dreamt it. Then his little 1 year old finger pointed in my direction and he growled out 'MAAAAAAAAAAA" nope..not a dream.
I sat up slowly. Waiting for the world to take off in a deadly spin; stillnes. I swing my legs off of my bed..mildly sore..but not achingly so. I stand up..waiting for the headache, the head rush..the pulsing. Nothing. I warily walk out of our room and grab him a diaper and wipes. Change what appears to be diarreah. Sigh.
I decide since it is still early I will take a cleansing bath. I assume it will wake my daughter and husband, who is mysteriously missing and can only assume migrated to Sophia's room through the night. I take a nice hot bath. Anthony passes me his foam letters and gets excited when I put them on the wall..then he points and says "maaaa" till I hand them back. Maybe not very relaxing after all..but whatever..I feel NORMAL. Get out of the tub and finally my husband and daughter join me. I dress and we as a family cuddle in the bed and catch up after a night apart. This is my favourite part of the morning. The kids are so happy to see each other, they share kisses. I get massive hugs and I love you mommy's from Sophia. Anthony excitedly attacks my husband, who he hasn't seen since the morning before (bedtime coincides with daddy done work time).
We take my husband to work and the weather changes..it is snowing. A nice change from our springy and rainy weather.
After there is a bit of sun, and a snow filled walkway I bring the kids out to play and I shovel it all up (just in time to be dumped on again).
They had a great time and had to be bribed with cheeka bars (chocolate) Well Sophia did..mostly because less active and slower moving Anthony was complaining of the cold as Sophia was declaring NO HOME! PHIA SNOW!!!!
I managed to bring out my camera to play with my settings..it was fun..but to cold and to much danger of wetness..esp when parenting alone!
I was just having a conversation with some friends about our husbands and their damn black socks..and today sophia decided they were HER socks. Daddy, Phias socks!
Zonked out after driving daddy to work

sweet boy playing in the toy box again ♥ Sophia...well..she was by choice watching Donald Duck in her room. It was a rough day for her..alot to be upset about and she (and anthony and I) needed the break
Cute Sophia quote from the night: I pick my nose daddy, Minnie Pick As she uses her Minnie dolls to pick her nose. This is when Daddy goes and takes a bedtime shift
